Isaac AI Operating System – Privacy Summary

This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, the controls you have, and how to contact us. The full PDF version is available upon request and mirrors this summary.

Key commitments

  • Data minimization first: we only send what is required to deliver the feature you choose.
  • Prompts, files, and outputs are never sold. Enterprise admins can disable training entirely.
  • Telemetry is adjustable in Settings → Privacy → Diagnostics.
  • Export or delete your data at any time or email support@isaac-neural.com.

Data we collect

Account & Profile

Name, email, tenant ID, password hash.

Until account deletion plus 90 days.

Device & Diagnostics

Device ID, OS version, crash logs, performance metrics.

30–180 days depending on signal type.

Usage & Content

Prompts, files, tool calls, outputs you generate inside ISAAC.

Configurable (0–30 days) and always encrypted.

Payment

Billing address, invoice metadata, masked payment tokens.

As required by law (generally 7 years).

Integrations

Data flows from services you connect (email, drive, calendar).

Per your connector settings — disconnect to revoke access.

How we use data

  • Contract: To provide the services you request.
  • Legitimate interests: To secure, improve, and develop ISAAC while balancing individual rights.
  • Consent: For optional features such as precise location, microphone, marketing, or model training.
  • Legal obligations: To comply with applicable law or protect vital interests.

Retention defaults: crash logs 90 days, diagnostics 13 months, prompt logs 0–30 days, security logs 12 months, account data until deletion plus 30 days.

Sharing practices

  • Service providers under a data processing agreement (hosting, storage, support, payments, fraud prevention).
  • Integrations you authorize. Data flows according to the provider’s privacy policy.
  • Enterprise administrators when your ISAAC account is provisioned by your organization.
  • Legal or safety requirements, including incident response and regulatory requests.

Your rights

  • Access & portability – request a copy of your data.
  • Correction – fix inaccurate information.
  • Deletion – remove data we hold.
  • Restriction & objection – limit certain processing.
  • Consent withdrawal – disable training, telemetry, microphone, camera, or marketing.
  • Appeals – reply to our decision or email support@isaac-neural.com with the subject “Appeal”.

Use Settings → Privacy → Your Data to self-serve exports or deletion, or email support@isaac-neural.com. If you reside in the EU/UK/Switzerland you may contact your local supervisory authority.

Enterprise & administrators

  • Isaac acts as a processor for customer data under our Data Processing Addendum.
  • Admins can manage users, enforce policies, export data, and fulfill privacy requests.
  • Submit tenant-specific requests through your administrator when required by contract.

Security

ISAAC uses encryption in transit and at rest, key management and rotation, least privilege access controls, continuous monitoring, and documented incident-response procedures. Audit logs are retained for at least 12 months.
